We spent a lovely time in Villa Elisabeth 04.06.2022 - The house is fully equiped with all the necessary staff. Everything qas in good quality and very clean. The garden the pool were great places to spent time. The localization is also very good you can find beautifull beaches in 15-20minuts by car. I definetly would recommand that place and could visit it again with pleasure. The host is very kind ;)

Wonderful time! 02.05.2023 - We stayed at Kristina's place for 10 days. The house and property is beautiful, better even than the pictures. Garden and house were spotlessly clean. We felt home the moment we entered. The house is large and well designed, with enough bed and bathrooms, all modern and equipped to highest standards. The pool is wonderful, although it was still a bit cold to use it regularly. Kristina was very helpful, giving us recommendations on things to do, villages to visit, restaurants to eat at - we had a fabulous time! Charging the electric car was easy as there is an out-door electric connection. I truly can recommend Kristina's place to anybody who wants to spend a peaceful and relaxing time not far from the sea - and away from the hubbub of tourist centres.

Felt safe and secure. Lovely patio with its own barbecue and beautifully kept garden. Highly recommended! Can also buy local olive oil from the hosts.
Feel-good villa for 6 people near Poreč
The 210 m² Villa Elizabet is located in the small idyllic village Kaštelir-Babici, only 9 km from Poreč and the sea.The very tastefully and with attention to detail furnished house has on the first floor a spacious living room with an open kitchen. In addition, on the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the terrace and an additional toilet with washing machine. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC are located on the second floor. The living room and the bedrooms are air-conditioned and also heatable.
From the living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace with brick outdoor barbecue as well as to the 4 x 8 m salt water pool.
Enjoy the tranquility of the tranquil place and the fertile nature, which you can explore very well by bike or on foot.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
