Modern design, clear structures: Villa Perhat offers plenty of space on 260 m² for up to 16 people distributed over 2 separate apartments.On the first floor there is a living-dining room with perfectly equipped open kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom with shower/toilet and an extra guest toilet. The living room is also equipped with a sofa bed. Also equipped with its own kitchen and living area is the apartment on the 1st floor. It also has 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC.
The 40 m² pool with a length of 15 m, which can be heated in the cooler season, invites you to relax. For the children there is a swing, slide, table soccer and a trampoline. Your dog is very welcome.
Your hosts produce excellent olive oil! Talk to them about it.
The small village of Perhat is quietly located in the interior of Istria. The region is particularly suitable for cycling, biking, hiking and relaxing. The tourist metropolises like Porec or Novigrad as well as the coast are about 18 km away from the villa.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 600 EUR

Included services
Final cleaning, bed linen (change every 14 days), towels (change every week), electricity, water, air conditioning, internet access, visitor's tax and registration fees.
