Gerne wieder! 28.07.2022 - Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Bale sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet und beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Strand beim Campingplatz, für den man eine Zutrittskarte in der Unterkunft bekommt ist toll, nicht überlaufen selbst in der Hochsaison. Und Bale ist klein, aber entzückend. Die Hausherren sprechen kein deutsch, aber sind sehr freundlich, haben uns sogar mal Kuchen gebracht. Gerne wieder!

Toll! 26.08.2023 - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden und es trotz Sprachhürden ein nettes Miteinander war - sogar ein Kuchen und ein Abschiedsgeschenk gab es für uns :) Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, gut ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten - eine schöne Ruheoase. Besonders toll waren die Katzen und das Trampolin!

Surrounded by a sea of flowers, the well-kept house Nadia is only a few minutes away from restaurants, cafés, shops and the medieval old town of Bale. There are 2 holiday flats in the house, each for 4 people.Apartment 1 has a bedroom with a double bed and single bed, a living room with sofa bed and a separate kitchen with dining area. The cozy terrace invites you to linger. In summer, a colorful floral display unfolds here, where you can let your soul dangle. With a living area of 48 m², the apartment offers space for a maximum of 4 people.
Your dog is very welcome!
The hosts live on the second floor of the house and are always available to answer your questions.
Restaurants, bars and stores are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The old town of Bale is only 5 minutes walk away. To the beaches of San Polo and Colone you can reach by bike or by car within a few minutes.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 100 EUR

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
