Wir würden wiederkommen! 12.09.2020 - Sehr moderner Stil, alles da was man benötigt, hochwertige Ausstattung! Sogar Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung, super! Ruhige Gegend. Aufgrund dessen das der Rasen täglich abends gesprengt wird, gibt es einige Mücken, jedoch verfügen alle Zimmer ein Fliegengitter.

Das Haus ist picobello sauber! 15.08.2020 - Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Für die Leuten die einen ruhigen Urlaub brauchen ist das Haus und die Lage perfekt.

Villa Silver is located in a quiet residential area, about 2 km from the beach and the center of Novigrad. The house offers plenty of space for up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The living area on the first floor with dining area and the open kitchen are air-conditioned as well as the bedrooms upstairs.
Outside, a large terrace by the pool awaits you. A covered carport and 6 bicycles complete the offer.
The historic town of Novigrad is located in the north of Istria directly on the sea, partly surrounded by a city wall. In the old town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries and stores. The former small fishing village has developed into a popular vacation resort, kilometers of beaches line the coast.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
