Wunderschöner Urlaub 01.10.2022 - Die Lage, als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen war optimal. Die Strände in der Nähe waren gut erreichbar, sowie auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend. Marina und Sergio sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir bekamen viele Tipps für die Gegend und wurden mit frischem Gemüse und Kräutern aus dem Garten versorgt. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und gut eingerichtet.

House Marina is located in a quiet location in the coastal town of Valbandon between Pula and Fažana.The house has 2 separate apartments, each with two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower / WC. The equipment also includes a washing machine, satellite TV, WiFi and private parking on the property.
The house and the 32 m² pool are surrounded by a well-kept garden. In the associated pool house is another fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) with TV, a large fireplace and a guest toilet.
There are also 4 bicycles at your disposal, with which you can reach the nearby beach Valbandon in just 5 minutes.
The hosts live in the neighboring house and are always available to answer your questions.
In the neighborhood of the house you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables as well as local olive oils and wines and even fresh fish. Try the local specialties in the nearby restaurants with agrotourism or in the seaside restaurants in Fažana.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
