We will definitely come back! 22.06.2022 - Had an incredibly warm welcome. We felt right at home. Very sweet warm and cozy Hostes. Wonderful stay. Met everything but really everything. Interior was beautiful and everything in the stay had been thought of.
Studio flat in Porec for 2 persons - only 500 m from the sea
Residence Radovan is located north of the old town of Poreč within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants.
The house has a total of 5 apartments for 2 to 4 people each. All of them have a balcony or terrace. The studio apartment 2 is located on the first floor and has a private terrace, a living/bedroom with double bed as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC.
In the common area of the house there is a barbecue with seating area and deck chairs in the garden. Washing machine with dryer and parking spaces are of course available!

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 100 EUR
