Erholung für die Seele, ein Traum. 22.08.2022 - Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung, angefangen von der ersten Buchung bis zum Check in vor Ort, alles hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und kompetent. Sie verstehen es, Gäste herzlich zu empfangen und bis zum letzten Aufenthalt zufriedenzustellen. Das Appartement ist liebevoll gestaltet, die Einrichtungen und die Dekorationen sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. In dieser Preisklasse ist das nicht selbstverständlich und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Wir können dieses Appartement ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und werden dieses wieder buchen. We had a wonderful stay and loved the apartment 25.08.2022 - This is a lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of beautiful Rovinj. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine and we loved our stay here! We really appreciated having bike hire included with the accommodation - this was a great surprise and it was lovely to cycle around finding beautiful places to swim in the sea. Communication with the host was easy and they were very friendly and welcoming.

Located on the first floor on the garden side, the modern and lovingly furnished apartment has a living-dining room with a kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed.From the well-equipped kitchen you have direct access to the large covered terrace and garden. A shaded parking space is available.
The hosts also live in the house and are always available to answer your questions.
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You can reach the beaches of San Polo and Colone within a few minutes by bike or by car.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 100 EUR

Bale
Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
Once you've been to Bale, you'll love to come back!
