Apartment Sandro is located in the small hamlet of Kranceti, only about 2 km from the historic old town of Motovun.The 40 m² apartment on the first floor of the house has a large living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and WC. Washing machine, dishwasher and WLAN are of course included.
The Parenzana, probably the most famous cycle path in Istria, runs just a few meters from the house. It runs along the old railroad line from Trieste to Poreč. Numerous viaducts and tunnels make this route a special experience.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 100 EUR
