I would happily stay here again and suggest you do!! 15.09.2024 - In September of 2024 I was lucky enough to have stayed here on my visit to Balle and I was thrilled!
I was greeted with open arms and shown my beautiful apartment that I would be calling home for the next 5 days.
This apartment was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It has all the essentials you will need.
Anytime I had a need or question they were quick to help … they even helped me secure a taxi to the Pula airport when my cousins car died.
The patio was such a beautiful treat to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The location was so very quiet and peaceful, I had some of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a very long time!

The Apartment Alcea is located not far from the old town of the medieval town of Bale.The 70 m² ground-floor apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, a living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
The covered terrace outside invites you to relax!
The old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and stores are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 100 EUR

Bale
Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
