Grazie 24.08.2025 - Con Christine abbiamo comunicato facilmente ed è stata gentilissima sin dal primo momento. Anche se non è stato necessario, sapevamo di poter contare su di lei. L'appartamento è piccolino ma molto curato e ha tutto quello che serve per due persone. Il paese di Bale è piccolo e quindi è tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Oltre al mare, intorno a Bale si possono fare delle bellissime passeggiate o, per chi ama correre, delle lunghe corse.

The newly designed apartment has an air-conditioned living/sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a small terrace with seating outside.The medieval old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and stores are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The beaches at Camp Mon Perin are 6 km away and can be reached by bike or car in just a few minutes.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 100 EUR

Bale
Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
