Just 400 m from the beach and the beautiful Lungomare promenade, the Vallis apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building on the southern outskirts of Pula.The apartment is 70 m² in size and has a living/dining room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub/WC. Of course, the apartment is air-conditioned, dishwasher, washing machine and WiFi are available!
The old town of Pula with its numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés and bars as well as the magnificent buildings from Roman antiquity to the Austro-Hungarian period is approx. 2 km from the apartment.
Special tip: Visit the market early in the morning. Fruit, vegetables and specialties from local producers have been sold here for over 100 years. Right next door in the market halls you will find fresh fish, meat and sausage products!

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
