Es war alles blitzsauber und gepflegt und vor allem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten unglaublich nette Gastgeber, die unter uns gewohnt haben und wirklich jederzeit zur Verfügung standen und uns helfen konnten. Das Haus hatte alles Wichtige, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. She is a great hostess and went far beyond what was necessary . The house was spotless and very comfortable and Bale is a wonderful place to stay. Case Felice is located in the medieval town of Bale, about 12 km south of Rovinj, and only 6 km from the coast with beautiful beaches and crystal clear water.
The stylishly restored stone house offers plenty of space for up to 6 people on a living area of approx. 110 m².

The spacious living/dining area with the modern, open country kitchen is located on the first floor of the house, as is a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom with shower/WC. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

Sun loungers are also available for guests in the small garden with seating area. Here you can relax and enjoy the balmy summer evenings.

The old town of Bale with its flowery, dreamy alleyways is just a few minutes' walk from the house.

Rental terms

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 200 EUR

Bale

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.

Once you've been to Bale, you'll love to come back!
