Casa Le Finide Rovinjska 27, Bale, Istria, 52211, Croatia 0049 (0)631 4162689 180.00 € - 280.00 € 10 10 Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Bale 08.09.2021 - Nachdem wir auf unserer Reise in den letzten Wochen einige Ferienhäuser auf Zeit bewohnen durften, waren wir gespannt auf das Haus in Bale. Oft haben wir in den Inseraten das Beste der Häuser auf den Fotos präsentiert bekommen und manchmal war es vor Ort dann doch völlig anders. Ganz anders war es in der wundervollen Casa Le Finide, den hier stimmt einfach alles!!! Mitten in Bale gelegen, einem wundervollen verträumte mittelalterlichen Örtchen an der Istrischen Küste (ca. 3 km zur Adria) und doch absolut ruhig, versteckt sich dieses wirklich schöne Haus. Das ehemals alte Gebäude (Stall/Scheune ???) wurde mit sehr viel Liebe durch die Besitzer umgebaut, das spürt man sowohl an der Architektur, die alte Aspekte mit neuem Design verbindet, als auch im Interieur. Das große Haus, welches sehr sauber war, ist optimal für 6 Personen ausgestattet ist verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und einem großen, wundervoll mit Licht durchfluteten Wohn/Essbereich (auch hier trifft sich Alt und Neu). Ich erwähne hier ein paar Ausstattungsmerkmale, die nicht immer selbstverständlich sind und uns erfreut haben: Parkplatz auf dem Hof gesichertes Gelände (elektrisches Tor) kleiner Supermarkt (200 m vom Haus) WLAN 1 Bad mit großer Badewanne 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Duschpaneel mit Körperdüsen Gasgrill Waschmaschine Fön Krups Nescafé Dolce Gusto Gaze vor allen Fenstern Klimaanlage Smart-TV kostenlose Zugang zum Camping Mon Perin Hauseigenes Olivenöl Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und hat sogar vieles, was man im Ferienhaus nicht erwarten würde. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und ach die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sehr kuschlig (haben wir schon anders gehabt, deshalb möchte ich es erwähnen). Da die ganze Küste ein Traum ist und wir täglich neue Badestellen ausprobiert haben, können wir gar keine Empfehlungen aussprechen. Sollten Sie aber Ihre Kinder dabei haben, dann empfehlen wir Ihnen Camping Mon Perin zu besuchen. Hier kommen alle auf Ihre Kosten! The place offered everything two families with toddlers needed. Nice gardens to explore, quiet place to sleep and all the amenities to cook and wash. The location is amazing! The heart of the town is within a short walking distance with nice bars and restaurants. The beaches are just minutes away by car. All in all was it is a place we recommend a lot! Die Terrasse mit den beeindruckenden Agaven ist morgens, mittags, abends schön zum draußen sitzen (in der Dämmerung gibt es allerdings viele Mücken). Die mit guten Matratzen ausgestatteten Schlafzimmer haben alle ein eigenes Bad, tolle Duschen, wirklich ein klasse Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank, wir haben die Woche in Casa de Finide sehr genossen! The typical Istrian stone house Casa Le Finide is quietly situated in Bale and yet within walking distance of the medieval old town.
On the ground floor of the 140 m² house there is a comfortable living-dining area with an open, very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower/WC. From the kitchen and the living room there is access to the covered, secluded terrace with barbecue.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, WC, bidet), a bedroom with double bed and another bathroom with shower/WC.

The house is air-conditioned and equipped with pellet-fuelled underfloor heating, WiFi is available, and guests also have access to a washing machine.

Shopping facilities for daily needs as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream parlour are within walking distance. The beaches of San Polo and Colone can be reached by bike or car within a few minutes.

Bale

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.

Once you've been to Bale, you'll love to come back!
