Casa Maria is located in the small Istrian village of Peresiji not far from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat.The traditional Istrian stone house offers accommodation for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Through a beautiful vine-covered terrace you enter the living room on the first floor of the house. Here you will also find the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the greenery.
Outside, the small flowered garden with pool and the shaded terrace invite you to relax.
Casa Maria is also a good starting point to explore Istria. Thus, the Istrian metropolis of Pula as well as the beautiful coastal town of Rovinj can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are in Barbariga or Fažana (20 minutes).

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

The charming town is located in the interior of Istria and is characterized by its authentic medieval charm. The historic center of Svetvinčenat is characterized by the well-preserved castle of the Morisin-Grimani family from 1589. Together with the Loggia and St. Mary's Church, the Renaissance facades on the main square form a unique architectural ensemble.
