The holiday house 'Sunset' is located on the outskirts of Bale only a few minutes' walk from the medieval old town. The house offers plenty of space for up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a living area of 120 m².The spacious living room and the well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6 people are located on the first floor of the house, as are a bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC. The two further bedrooms are located on the second floor together with 2 bathrooms (1 x shower/WC, 1 x bath/WC). An air-conditioned gym is available to you free of charge!
The old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and stores are only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 200 EUR

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
