Great location 02.09.2021 - Large, modern, clean ground floor apartment in an apartment building with private parking. We were two, but is also plenty of room for four. Super well equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, (German) TV, terrace. The way to the beautiful, quiet beach is short by car, in Bale there is everything you need (restaurants, beautiful old town, mini market, ATM), and to our delight few tourists: great location! We can only recommend!

Entspannte Ferienwoche 10.06.2023 - Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in Bale und haben auch in dieser geräumigen Parterrewohnung den Aufenthalt genossen. Besonders angenehm die Möglichkeit mit zwei Schlafzimmern und auch Bädern den Teenagern eigene Räumlichkeiten anbieten zu können. Sehr hat uns auch die grosse Terrasse zwischen blühenden Jasminbüschen gefallen. Unser Vermieter war sehr freundlich und engagiert, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl 17.06.2023 - Die Lage der FW ist sehr gut. Sie liegt super ruhig und enthält alles Notwendige. Wir fühlten uns in den 7 Tage Aufenthalt sehr wohl und würden gerne wiederkommen. 2 Gaststätten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Bale bildet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der interessanten Städte in Istrien. Die Sitzgarnitur ist für ältere Personen leider etwas niedrig. Sonst passte alles.

The accommodation is very good. 30.07.2023 - In a nice Istrian town with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Well located to see important towns to visit. It would improve if it had more kitchenware in case you like to cook at home. We made do with what was there but something else would be great.

Vilen Dank! 26.07.2023 - Bale ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort unf lädt zum Entspannen und Auszeit nehmen ein. Genauso wie die schön und funktional eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns vier sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und auf Wunsch immer parat für Anliegen. Von Bale aus lässt sich unglaublich viel unternehmen und entdecken. Das war nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Istrien.

The apartment Nora is situated in a quiet residential area of Bale.With a living area of 82 m², the apartment Nora offers plenty of space for a family with up to 4 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The beautiful terrace is accessible via the open kitchen and the large dining area.
In the house there are two more apartments for 2 to 4 people. In addition, the hosts live in the house and are always available to answer your questions.
The old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and stores are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone, 6 km away, can be reached in a few minutes by bike or by car.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
Once you've been to Bale, you'll love to come back!
