Der Außenbereich ist vollständig umzäunt, sodass die Kinder frei toben können. Der Pool sowie der Whirlpool sind leider nicht beheizt, was im Sommer bei hohen Außentemperaturen sicherlich tagsüber auch nicht erforderlich war, im Winter aber von Relevanz ist. Dadurch dass der Vermieter ein Haus weiter wohnt und auch wirklich sehr hilfreiche Tipps rund um Restaurant- oder Strandempfehlung hat, fühlten wir uns stets wohl. Die zentrale Lage im Landesinneren hat genau für uns gepasst. Für Radfahrer ideal. Die Strände auch mit dem Rad erreichbar, natürlich erst recht mit dem Auto. 2 Autos passen auf die Stellplätze locker, eigentlich sogar 3 ohne Pobleme! Die nahe Strasse ist der Vorteil ! auch wenn mal ein Lastwagen vorbeifährt. Kleiner Markt mit allen Produkten fürs Frühstück und Bar (0,5l Fassbier 2,80) in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Kühlschränke, 3 saubere eigene Bäder, toller Ausblick auf Motovun, feiner Pool, Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern,(wenn man sie braucht), und ein feiner Gastgeber Doni der sich um seine Anlage kümmert, und dezent immer da ist, wenn man eine Frage hat oder Tipps braucht. Gorgeous villa with panoramic view in Vižinada

Villa Melli is located on the outskirts of the small town of Vižinada high above the Mirna valley with a fantastic view over the Istrian hill country to the mountain town of Motovun.
The living and dining area with kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest WC are located on the first floor of the 200 m² house. Two further bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds are located on the second floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower/WC or bathtub/WC.

There is also a small playground with a swing and trampoline for your children. You can relax by the large pool with jacuzzi and enjoy the sun.

There are 6 bicycles (4 x adults, 2 x children) available, which you can use to do your shopping in the village or explore the surrounding area. The most famous cycle path in Istria, the Parenzana, passes directly below the house. This runs along the old railroad line from Trieste to Poreč. Numerous viaducts and tunnels make this route a special experience.

Rental terms

Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 200 EUR

Vižinada

Gorgeous views of vineyards and small mountain villages are guaranteed in this region. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can experience the real Istria. Explore the countryside by bike, discover the fine wines in one of the many wineries or enjoy local specialities made with local ingredients in an agroturizam. The region is known far beyond its borders for its excellent wines and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
Vižinada is also an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding picturesque mountain villages such as Motovun and Grožnjan.
