Had a great week 10.08.2025 - The area around it was still a bit messy due to recent renovations, but that will probably change in a while. It's a 20-minute drive to the center of Porec.

Absolutely wonderful! 21.07.2025 - We were the first guests in this house and… it was absolutely wonderful! The house is modern, spacious, and decorated with a great sense of style. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled brand new. A huge plus is the complete equipment - from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the lounge area - we really lacked for nothing. It's clear that the hosts have paid attention to every detail to ensure their guests feel comfortable and at ease. This is the perfect place for both relaxation and spending time with family or friends. We definitely recommend it and will gladly return!

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub! 23.08.2025 - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem modernen, sehr sauberen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es ist ganz neu, großzügig geschnitten und jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad – ideal für Familien oder Freunde. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt viel Platz zur Erholung. Leider war der Pool an den ersten beiden Tagen nicht nutzbar, aber das Problem wurde schnell und professionell behoben. Das Haus ist Teil einer kleinen Anlage mit ca. 4 weiteren Häusern. Die Außenanlagen sind schön angelegt, der Rasen gepflegt, die Hecken noch im Wachstum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Metzger gibt es im nächsten Dorf, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Vor-Ort-Betreuung – immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und mit tollen Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 02.09.2025 - ...und würden immer wieder zu euch kommen.Das Haus ist super eingerichtet.Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.Die Lage war sehr ruhig,wenn man etwas Trubel haben wollte musste man nur 10 min mit dem Auto fahren.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls gut und schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.Das Meer war auch nur 15 min von uns entfernt.Viele Attraktionnen in der Umgebung für Kinder waren ebenfalls vorhanden

The new Villa Anso is located in the small hamlet of Milanezi near Višnjan, approx. 10 km from the sea and Poreč. With 185 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of room for up to 8 people (max. 6 adults).On the first floor of the high-quality furnished house, you will find a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, a guest WC and a utility room.
The three tastefully furnished bedrooms on the upper floor each have their own bathroom and some have access to the balcony. They are furnished with box-spring beds and a sofa bed. They are air-conditioned and have fly screens on the windows and doors to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Outside, a covered seating area with outdoor kitchen and a 24 m² heated pool invite you to linger. A shaded carport for three cars is available.
The house is located in a newly developed residential area in Milanezi, in a quiet yet easily accessible location. Explore the beautiful Istrian coast, charming towns such as Rovinj or Poreč and enjoy the regional cuisine and wines in the area.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 300 EUR
