We will come back some day! 24.07.2022 - Hurry up and book it before someone else does! We really enjoyed staying at Villa Auri, it was as beautiful as pictures show, clean, well equipped and the rooms were lovely, especially because they each have their own bathroom, which makes it very convenient to travel 2 (small) families together. The rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The outdoors were great with an outdoor BBQ, multiple seating options and shade during the day. The upstairs balcony is great for letting the kids play outside. The pool was very well kept and the size was super.

Vielen Dank! 07.08.2022 - Wir waren zu sechst in diesem Urlaub und es war wirklich spitze. Wir hatten genug Geschirr, Kochutensilien (was ich selten bisher in Unterkünften erlebt hatte), usw. Die Betten sind bequem, alles war toll eingerichtet. Die meisten Zeit haben wir eh draußen verbringen können, der Pool war die perfekte Abkühlung und hat vollkommen von der große gereicht. Die Liegemöglichkeiten unten, sowie oben auf der "Dachterrasse" hatte alles wunderbar entzerrt und jeder konnte sich zurück ziehen und auch mal die Ruhe genießen. Der Ausblick: man konnte das Meer sehen und wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge.

Alles Top 18.06.2023 - Das Haus ist mit viele Liebe zum Detail aufgebaut, alles was man braucht ist in fußläufiger Nähe und das Restaurant Marina hat ganz tolle ganze Fische. Und wer keine Lust auf Frühstück machen hat, geht nach gegenüber in die "Dorfkneipe" für einen Kaffee. Die "Übergabe" hat bestens funktioniert und alles vor Ort war wie zugesagt in absolut neuwertigem Zustand. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und die Lage ist ruhig und man bekommt wenig von den Nachbar mit. Als Ausgangspunkt für Istrien ist der Standort ideal und wenn man keine Lust zum rumfahren hat, bietet die Terrasse einen gigantischen Ausblick. Wir waren im Juni da und die Wassertemperatur im Pool war angenehm und erfrischend. Wir haben dein Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Obwohl wir keine Klimaanlage gebraucht hatten, wäre sie da gewesen und alle Fenster hatten Mückengitter, was es nachts sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Mit den Fensterläden konnte man tagsüber die Sonne draußen halten und das Haus war angenehm kühl. Toll

The Villa Auri is located in Kukci, only 3.5 km from the historic town of Poreč and the beautiful Adriatic coast.Villa Auri offers almost 200 m² of space for up to 6 people. From the living room on the first floor of the house, you can look out over the pool to the sea, while the large eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a guest WC on the first floor.
On the second floor there is a comfortable bedroom with shower/WC. From here you have access to the large covered roof terrace with lounge set. The second bedroom with another bathroom (WC, shower/bathtub) is located on the air-conditioned top floor.
The 800 m² plot with sea views is perfect for relaxing by the pool.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
