It was wonderful! 06.06.2021 - Great all around, garden is one of the best, with plenty of children and sport oriented equipment. Bikes are missing though. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent hospitality with plenty of options for local food and bike and running routes.

Gerne wieder! 15.09.2022 - Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und genau so groß wie es auf den Fotos wirkt,wir hatten hier mit drei Pärchen und Kleinkind eine super Zeit! Ein Auto ist allerdings auf jeden Fall nötig fürs Einkaufen oder um Ausflüge zu machen , dafür ist es schön ruhig und man hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Ich empfehle das Haus definitiv weiter und würde auch selbst gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Vacation home with pool - a paradise for families
Villa Križanci is located in the small village of Križanci near Žminj in the green heart of Istria. The house is surrounded by a large, park-like garden full of flowers and greenery.Where is your favorite spot? By the pool, on the hammock, at the cozy table at the barbecue area or perhaps on the volleyball court? Children are also well catered for. In addition to a swing, there is also a trampoline, a volleyball court and a table tennis table. You can park your car on the enclosed property under a shaded carport.
The 120 m² villa with its 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms offers enough space for up to 8 people. The center of the house is the perfectly equipped open kitchen with the adjoining living-dining room.
Villa Križanci is ideal for families looking for peace and relaxation. From here you can set off on excursions to all of Istria's attractions, very easily by foot, bicycle or motorcycle.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 300 EUR
