Not far from the Lim Fjord and the Valalta campsite, north of Rovinj, the villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.The spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a seating area for 6 people, a cozy living room and a guest WC is located on the first floor of the house.
Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
The two other bedrooms (each with a double bed) on the upper floor also have their own bathroom.
Enjoy the summer atmosphere by the pool or relax in the whirlpool with a view of the greenery.
The old town of Rovinj is approx. 4 km away and is best reached by bike. 4 bicycles are available free of charge and you can safely store your own bikes in the cellar.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
