Villa Rose is located in the small village of Rovinjsko Selo, just 6 km from the picturesque town of Rovinj and the sea with its many beautiful beaches. On the first floor of the house there is a large air-conditioned living and dining area with a modern kitchen. From here you have direct access to the terrace and the pool area. The 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located on the second floor of the house and all have their own bathroom with shower/WC.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 200 EUR
