Villa Santa Domenica is located in the small idyllic village Kaštelir-Labinci, only 10 km from Poreč and the sea.The very tastefully furnished, light-flooded house has a spacious living room on the first floor with a dining table for 8 people and an open modern kitchen. In addition, on the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an extra room with a comfortable sofa bed are located on the second floor. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
In the basement there is a konoba with wine bar, pool table and table soccer. From the living room you have direct access to the garden with pool and outdoor grill.
Enjoy the tranquility of the tranquil place and the fertile nature, which you can explore very well by bike or on foot.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 500 EUR
