We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Tatjana 03.08.2022 - The owner Tatjana and her sons are available 24/7 if there is something wrong or if you want to know something or make a reservation. The house is lovely, good beds, a lovely terrace and swimming pool. A 20-minute drive from the coast and with lots of fun activities nearby for adolescent children. I would recommend it to everyone.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einer super Ausstattung 01.09.2022 - Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in dem es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Die Lage ist abseits vom Touristentrubel, dafür muss man allerdings eine Fahrstrecke zum Meer und größeren Supermärkten einplanen (15-10 Minuten). Eine wirklich tolle und einmalige Betreuung von der Besitzerin vor Ort. Vielen lieben Dank an Tatjana. Wir kommen bald mal wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! 30.05.2024 - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Gastgeberin Tatjana ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich und hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Der eigene Pool sowie die kleine Terrasse waren für uns auch mit Kleinkind toll!

Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt! Viele schöne Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten in 20 - 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (Rovinj, Piran, Motovun, Dvigrad, Limski-Kanal, Groznjan - abends angenehm leer)

Lovely house 20.07.2024 - Beautiful location, clean and air conditioning does a good job. We had little trouble with mosquitoes. Swimming pool was fine. All trips to the beach and towns were within an hour. Christine was very helpful and gave us great tips for food and the like.

Our warmest recommendations 27.07.2024 - The house is lovely, spacious, clean and worked super well as a relaxing base for a week in Istria. We enjoyed being able to go on trips to the more touristy towns on the coast and even more to be able to retreat to our house in Vizinada with our own pool - lovely peace and privacy. We were received by the host, who made good and useful recommendations for the local area. We had a few questions along the way, all of which were answered and resolved quickly.

Cottage for 5 persons with private pool in Vizinada
In the heart of Istria with a fantastic distant view of the hilly landscape with its fertile vineyards, meadows and fields, Villa Tatjana is located on the outskirts of Vižinada.
On 140 m², there is a spacious living-dining room with an open, perfectly equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a single bed as well as a bathroom with shower/WC on the upper floor. Thus, the villa offers space for up to 5 people. Outside, a very well-maintained 900 m² Mediterranean garden with panoramic terrace and barbecue area awaits you, exuding aromas of lavender and rosemary in summer. The 24 m² pool invites you to relax.
The centre of Vižinada with shopping facilities and a small café are within walking distance of the house.
Adjacent to the vineyards are Istria's truffle forests, where the best white and black truffles thrive. The region is also known for the Parenzana, a former train route that connects Venice with Porec. Directly from the house you can board it and explore it by bike or on foot.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Gorgeous views of vineyards and small mountain villages are guaranteed in this region. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can experience the real Istria. Explore the countryside by bike, discover the fine wines in one of the many wineries or enjoy local specialities made with local ingredients in an agroturizam. The region is known far beyond its borders for its excellent wines and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Vižinada is also an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding picturesque mountain villages such as Motovun and Grožnjan.
