Villa Aurea Vallis is located in the small quiet village of Kukci, just a few kilometers from the tourist metropolis of Poreč and the sea.The spacious villa consists of two separate apartments. The apartment in the main wing has a large living and dining area with kitchen on the first floor, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the upper floor. There is also a sofa bed in the gallery. From here a staircase leads to the small, romantic lookout tower - here you can even enjoy a sea view.
The 2nd apartment is modernly furnished and also has a fully equipped kitchen. It also has another bedroom with bathroom.
Outside you will find a well-kept garden with Mediterranean flowers, a large sun terrace and a pool. Two large covered terraces offer shade on sunny, hot days.
The property is completely fenced. For your cars there are 2 parking spaces and two garages. Your dog is very welcome.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days. The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 42 days before the day of arrival. However, the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due, from 20 days before the start of the booking the full rental price is due. If the property can be re-let during the booked period, 80% of the rental price will be refunded. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 300 EUR
