Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand. Die von den Vermietern zur Verfügung gestellten Räder ermöglichen es, ganz unkompliziert die Gegend zu erkunden und ohne Auto in die tolle Altstadt von Rovinj zu kommen. Das Haus ist mit zwei! Küchen ausgestattet. Wir haben fast ausschließlich die Küche draußen genutzt. Gemütlich gemeinsam Kochen und Grillen und dann zusammen essen - hier kann man die Seele einfach baumeln lassen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die einmalige Betreuung- sowohl vor der Anreise als auch vor Ort. Grosses Anwesen, den Jaccuzzi haben wir Abends genossen. Vier Fahrräder sind vorhanden, wir sind als Familien und mit Hund mit den Velos zum Strand gefahren (ca. 3-5 Minuten). Von dort aus geht ein schöner Weg, direkt am Meer entlang, nach Rovinj. Zu Fuss ist es weit, mit den Velos rund 15 Minuten. Übernahme und Übergabe des Objekts hat reibungslos funktioniert. Auch während des Aufenthalts wurde gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und was wir noch benötigen (Handtücher, etc.). Es waren schöne und erholsame Ferien, die wir geniessen konnten. Herzlichen Dank. Perfect for kids, adults and pets. The check-in was super quick and smooth and they live nearby so if you need anything they will help. The place is absolutely calm and silent and very close to the beach and 30 minutes walk to the city centre. Two things to note for those travelling on winter or colder days: the main source of heating is from to a fire place and the hot water in the shower comes from a boiler. If you are ok with this (or if you are travelling on summer) you will have an amazing time at their house! Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, obwohl nicht angegeben soweit ich mich erinnere. Haidi ist sehr sympathisch, war immer erreichbar und hat nachgefragt ob auch alles in Ordnung ist, oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Das Haus mit dem großen Garten ist wunderschön und hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist alles leicht erreichbar (Strand, Zentrum, Restaurants). Die Vermieter standen bei Fragen etc. gerne zur Verfügung. Wir haben 2 Wochen im Haus verbracht. Positiv waren insbesondere die Fliegengitter und Rollos vor den Fenstern aufgrund der Mücken. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich verschiedene Obstbäume (Apfel, Aprikosen, Pflaume, Kaki, Feige, Kirsche), so dass wir frische Feigen genießen konnten. Unser Hund konnte frei laufen, da das Grundstück voll eingezäunt ist. Schön waren auch die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus, so ist immer ein Schattenplatz vorhanden. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind in einem reperaturbedürftigen Zustand. Für den kurzen Weg ans Meer waren sie jedoch ausreichend für uns. Really comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and amazing outdoor space. It’s a lovely quiet location but not far from restaurants and the old town of Rovinj. Heidi was a great host and was flexible about meeting us, showing us around and on hand for any questions. We would definitely recommend it! Wirklich vorbildlich. Alles sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Für längere Radtouren in der Umgebung sind die Räder vor Ort zum Teil etwas klapprigen. Der Kamin brannte, der Whirlpool war schön warm, die Sauna problemlos zu bedienen. Geschirr ist mehr als genug vorhanden und wir haben wirklich jeden Abend in der Außenküche gegrillt! Da es WLAN und einen guten LG TV gibt und sogar eine PS4 da war, waren die Kinder ebenfalls sehr glücklich. Haidi ist einfach superklasse und hat immer sehr schnell reagiert-vielen lieben Dank auch für das Olivenöl und alle Tipps in der Gegend! Quiet and surrounded by greenery, only 1.3 km from the beach and 3.5 km from the old town of Rovinj, the beautiful Casa ValeLuna is located on the eastern outskirts of Rovinj.
The 120 m² air-conditioned house offers on the ground floor a comfortable living-dining area with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms ( 1 x double bed, 1 x double bed and single bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and two bathrooms with shower/WC.

In the 3000 m² fenced garden your children can play and romp undisturbed. A shaded barbecue area with a large outdoor kitchen completes the outdoor facilities. You can relax on the large lawn or in the whirlpool. A sauna is also available for cooler days.

The old town of Rovinj and the beautiful beaches between Koronsun Bay and the Golden Cape (Zlatni Rt) can be reached within a few minutes by bike or car. Shopping, cafes and restaurants are also just a few minutes away from the house.

Please note that the access road to the house is unpaved for about 300m, but it is easily passable.

Rental terms

Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
