Great! 06.08.2022 - The house was very neat! Everything looks great. The neighborhood is quiet but not far from busier areas. Communication with the host was smooth and she was easily reachable if we needed anything.

Rundum zufrieden! 07.09.2022 - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist neu und alles ist sehr sauber und entspricht den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Der Garten und der Pool sind klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr nett und unsere Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Wir haben auch keine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Danke nochmal für alles.

Vacation home for 4 in Bale near Rovinj
The vacation home 'La Villetta' is located on the outskirts of Bale just a few minutes walk from the medieval old town.
The high quality equipped house offers with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a living area of 120 m² plenty of space for up to 4 people.
The spacious living room and the well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6 people are located on the first floor of the house, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC. The second bedroom with another bathroom (bathtub/WC) is located on the second floor.
The old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and stores are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. To the beaches of San Polo and Colone you can reach by bike or by car within a few minutes.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Bale
Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
