Amazing! 20.08.2022 - An amazing house in a quiet location tucked away for the centre of the village but within easy walk of restaurants, cafes and pizzerias. The house was furnished to a very high spec and was very tastefully decorated. The communication was easy and straightforward and we had a lovely time. There is so much to do from this location, we were able to visit Porec, Vrsar, Motovun, Grožnjan, Rovinj, caves, castles, sea, and then relax in the pool. It was a truly restorative break and having such a lovely place to come back to each day was the icing on the cake.

Alles top!!! 01.07.2023 - Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen und sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Villa ist makellos und besitzt alle wichtigen Haushaltsgegenstände. Highlight für uns war die Privatsphäre und die sehr ruhige Lage. Hier waren wir für uns. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Die Umgebung ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erkunden. Porec und Novigrad sind sehenswert. Es lohnt sich definitiv die Unterkunft zu besuchen. Auch wir werden es wieder überlegen

Wir kommen wieder! 02.10.2023 - Es war unsere erste Erfahrung mit Airbnb. Buchung und Bezahlung waren problemlos. Christine hat sehr schnell geanwortet, als Fragen aufgetreten waren. Die Gastgeberin Snejzana ist eine ganz liebe und herzliche Person. Sie und ihr Mann haben uns mit einem Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt, Fragen beantwortet und haben uns eine flexible Abreise ermöglicht. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Gasthaus "Hans und Ines" schon ab 1.9. geschlossen, dh. konnten wir nicht erkunden, wie es ist. Wir haben in Gehweite das Zentrum gehabt, nette Lokale, gutes Essen. Zum Meer sind wir mit dem Auto 10min unterwegs gewesen. Novigrad hat uns sehr begeistert, auch das ist nur 10min mit dem Auto entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe. Das Haus liegt neben einem Waldstück sehr ruhig (unsere übernächsten Nachbarn waren Esel und Schweine :) ) Für uns war es ein schöner und erholsamer erster Aufenthalt in Tar. Sicher bald wieder!!!!

The new 'Villa Eva' is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small Istrian town of Tar only 2.5 km from the sea.On 105 m² living space, the light-flooded house with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offers plenty of comfort for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults).
On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house, a spacious living-dining area with open, perfectly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC await you. The two bedrooms on the second floor are each equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has its own terrace overlooking the pool. Here you can greet the morning with a cup of coffee and end the evening with a glass of wine.
Outside, the covered dining area with barbecue and the 30 m² pool invite you to relax. Your car is safely parked on the fenced property.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

The lively town of Tar-Vabriga in northwestern Istria is surrounded by unspoilt nature with olive groves and vineyards. Good restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping await you.The famous coastal towns of Poreč, with its historic old town and UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Basilica of Euphrasia, and Novigrad, famous for its varied culinary offer, are only a 10-minute drive away. The truffle region around the historic mountain village of Motovun and the artists' town of Grožnjan are also within easy reach, and the Lanterna Bay with its beautiful long beaches is practically on the doorstep.
