Villa Marina is located in the small, quiet village of Rogovići, not far from the coastal towns of Tar-Vabriga and Poreč. This comfortable house for up to 6 people awaits you in a rural setting, away from the tourist hustle and bustle.The 124 m² villa extends over 2 floors. On the first floor there is a large living/dining area with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower/WC. The two further bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds and another bathroom with shower/WC are located on the upper floor.
Outside, a terrace surrounded by olive trees with a 28 m² pool awaits you in the enclosed, secluded garden. The covered seating area adjoins an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue, sink and fridge.
Shopping facilities and restaurants are available in Tar-Vabriga, 2 km away, and of course in Poreč (10 km) and Novigrad (9 km). You can also buy fruit and vegetables in the neighboring village.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
