Apartment Fioretti is located on the first floor of the well-kept house in a quiet location not far from the center of Bale. With its 55 m² the apartment offers space for up to 4 people.
The apartment has a living-dining room with a very well equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine are included.
The apartment also includes a private shaded terrace, moreover you can share the garden of the house with deck chairs and barbecue.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Bale
Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
