22.06.2026 - I almost don't want to say how good it was. We will be coming back - and could do without the competition for bookings! Everything was very well equipped and fully stocked and the house coped with 7 adults and a demanding toddler easily. Super pool.

28.08.2025 - One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It’s even better than the pictures and had everything we needed. We used the outside BBQ almost every night. The hosts were great in making sure we had cots and high chairs for the toddlers. Would absolutely recommend.

05.08.2025 - Wenn ich 6 oder mehr Punkte vergeben könnte würde ich es tun. Tolles, fast luxuriöses Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr schönes Pool , tolle Outdoor Küche , Grill. Schlafzimmer sehr nett eingerichtet gute Betten. Badezimmer perfekt. Alles extrem sauber. Kinderfreundlich - ruhige Lage - natürlich abseits vom Trubel - man braucht ca 40 Min. nach Rovinj - gute Kommunikation mit den Vermieter - sehr netter Kontakt - gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis.

30.07.2025 - We travelled with two families and everyone loved being in the house. Lovely bedrooms with private bathrooms, great kitchen facilities inside and out and not least a fantastic pool. Great communication with Christine via app and great contact with Vlastra/ Petra on site. We have only the very best recommendations

06.07.2025 - Hatten zu siebt einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Villa. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll. Alles war Tipptopp sauber. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, die Bäder groß und modern. Der Pool war herrlich und überaus sauber. Im Außenbereich waren auch eine Dusche und ein WC. Natürlich genau so toll. Die Aussenküche mit Kamingrill war gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem Perfekt.

13.07.2025 - Die Ausstattung und der Service sind 10/10 und absolut empfehlenswert, es mangelt an nichts. Die Lage des Dörfchen Barats ist abseits und in ruhiger Umgebung, was natürlich immer mindestens 10-20 Minuten Autofahrt bedeutet um Einkaufen oder ans Meer zu gehen. Der super Pool macht das aber wieder gut.

28.06.2025 - The house is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils we needed. The pool area was excellent, with a large saltwater pool that we really enjoyed. The playroom with table tennis and the foosball game was a big hit and added lots of fun to our stay. Highly recommended!

12.09.2024 - Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön, sehr sauber und liegt in einem wunderschönen Städtchen voller freundlicher Menschen, tollen Gassen, Restaurants und kurzer Wege zum Meer. Der Hauswart ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt.

10.08.2024 - Exactly as described, this spotless apartment with a lovely pool was minutes walk from the beautiful Old Town, lots of restaurants and bars. Can not recommend this place enough, and very much hope to go back. Thanks Christian!

13.07.2024 - We stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Edera, an almost new house with all the amenities. The available pool was super! And the town itself was lovely. With plenty of restaurants, supermarket(s), a pharmacy etc. We had a hire car and from Bale we explored the area. It was fantastic!

29.06.2024 - Franko, the landlord, was happy to accommodate our early arrival which was great. He was so friendly and welcoming but after showing us around very much left to enjoy the property. The house is spotlessly clean and really well designed and well equipped. The pool was fantastic, plus bbq and four sun beds. Perfect five days, in a beautiful village within minutes walking distance. Thank you for a great start to our holiday!

13.09.2023 - Wundervolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man sich für einen gelungenen Urlaub wünscht. Super Pool und Grill. Das Haus befindet sich in bester Lage, um im Urlaub auf das Auto verzichten zu können. abgeschlossenes Grundstück, sodass auch 2 PKW sicher abgestellt werden können. Toller Empfang durch Franko mit istrischen Köstlichkeiten als topping,super! Bale ist ein liebevoller, kleiner Ort mit sehr schöner Altstadt. Von der Unterkunft aus ist alles zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Gehminuten (max.400m) zu erreichen. Die täglich pendelnde, kostenfreie Strandbahn ins Mon Perin für Strandausflüge und die dortige Babaloo Bar mit Getränken und Essen rundet einen Badetag gelungen ab. Ein toller Urlaub. Wir werden Bale sicherlich wiedereinmal besuchen.

01.08.2023 - Tolle Unterkunft, sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Franco. Volle Tipps und immer erreichbar. Sehr schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Altstadt von Bale ist ein Traum. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Danke für diesen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub. Es hat alles prima geklappt.

09.07.2023 - Wir waren zu Dritt in der Unterkunft, das Haus und die Einrichtung sind neuwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. Wir wurden vor Ort von dem Inhaber Franko empfangen. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Obstkorb, Wasser, Wein und Olivenöl bereit. Franko ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, welcher stets gut erreichbar war. Wir haben die Tage genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

09.08.2025 - Abbiamo soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia per una settimana. La casa era molto curata e pulita. La signora Nada al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dei dolcini tipici. Ogni tanto ci dava qualche bicchierino di liquore tipico e i pomodori. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il frigo che non raffreddava che hanno prontamente risolto, fornendoci un frigo aggiuntivo.

29.07.2023 - Bell'appartamento a pochi minuti da Rovigno, pulito, arredamento nuovo e moderno, cucina ben attrezzata, i padroni di casa ci hanno fatto trovare degli ottimi cannoli alla crema al nostro arrivo, ci hanno anche portato un melone del loro orto e alla fine anche un graditissimo pensierino alla nostra partenza... Inoltre c'è anche un simpaticissimo micetto che veniva a salutarci tutte le mattine e ci aspettava al nostro rientro... L'unico consiglio che potremmo dare è quello di mettere una tenda oscurante sulla porta di ingresso per evitare di far svegliare gli ospiti la mattina prestissimo. Assolutamente consigliato, e penso proprio che ci ritorneremo

20.07.2023 - Upon arrival we were greeted in an excellent manner. We found a very welcoming host who let us find salami, cheese, sweets and a bottle of local oil. The place is clean and with really pleasant spaces. Unlimited access to a patio where dining in the evening was fabulous. Throughout the stay, the host was available to satisfy our small requests and to be honest, I really enjoyed the evening chats. A kindness and courtesy that I have never found anywhere. A well-stocked supermarket can be reached on foot but the area is a well-kept oasis of tranquility and relaxation. Before going, they gave us a gift of local lavender and I promised myself I would go back. If I could I would have stayed a little longer.

17.08.2024 - Fantastic house and a wonderful pool-area! We and our kids loved this place from the very beginning. Pretty close to Labin, Rabac and Sveta Marina, no problem if you have a car. Must give credits to Adisa who was a really good host! Quickly answered all our questions and really did that little extra for us to feel welcome. Highly recommend!
