25.07.2025 - The house is located in a small, rural village: no traffic, very peaceful. The house is a bit older but very clean, and a great outside terrace under a big kiwi tree that provides shade. The house has a small bathroom upstairs and a bigger one downstairs with each a shower and toilet. The lower one has the washing machine. The house has a ping-pong table and a table-football (kicker table). The bedrooms are spacious with very good beds, and separate airco per room. The pool is well-maintained . Our children could stand everywhere ( approx. 1,35m depth) Toni responded very quickly, and was very flexible. It was a nice gesture to find a fruit basket and a well-stocked fridge (milk, lemonade, beers and a bottle of whine). We could not find a small grocery store nearby - but if you plan excursions in the vicinity (Pula, Brijuni, Motovun, …), there’s always a supermarket there to shop on the way home

We thought the home was clean and tidy - there was nothing to complain about. 2 clean and nice bathrooms, the rooms were a good size and had air conditioning which was a huge plus. The neighbors around were friendly. The home contained nice shade if the sun got too much. The pool was a perfect size and was clean and nice. The sunbeds were perfect. The house is located in a quiet area where you are not bothered by too much noise

24.07.2021 - Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

18.06.2022 - Everythings was great and we enjoyed a wonderful time. Special thanks to Toni and his lovely aunt and uncle. Location is great for guests who like to disconnect. Within a 30 min. drive you arrieve to countless place worth to relax, walk, hike, enjoy outstandy food, natural beaches without to many people on the east cost - we had a great time and will come back (family holidays with three kids). 29.06.2022 - Our staying in Rovinj was wonderful, the apartment is super close to the old town and the beaches too. Haidi is a very attentive and friendly host, she replied instantly for any questions, and helped on the moment.

10.08.2024 - Gerne kommen wir wieder. Auch ohne Auto kann man viel unternehmen. Lediglich eine Anmerkung hätte ich, für Kinder hätte im Ort selbst und auch im eigenen Garten mehr sein können. Es war für uns trotzdem einfach traumhaft schön und ein wirklicher Geheimtipp. Danke für alles

21.05.2023 - We had a lovely time at Christine’s house. She is a great hostess and went far beyond what was necessary . The house was spotless and very comfortable and Bale is a wonderful place to stay.

28.08.2021 - Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ortskern Bale entfernt. Es war alles blitzsauber und gepflegt und vor allem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten unglaublich nette Gastgeber, die unter uns gewohnt haben und wirklich jederzeit zur Verfügung standen und uns helfen konnten. Das Haus hatte alles Wichtige, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht.

27.08.2022 - Das Ferienhaus ist toll ausgestattet, war sehr sauber. Alle Abwicklungen mit den Vermietern haben ohne Probleme funktioniert, und die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung zum Urlaub machen.
