Beautiful large balcony door faces including goes around the pool. This place has lots of privacy and you will hear only the sound of birds because you are far removed from any Road. One other note is that there is only one bathroom in the main house, but you do have access to a second bathroom in a nearby guesthouse (about 10 meters feom the main house ) This worked well for us and we were two separate couples. Wir wurden von Roberto an einem Cafe abgeholt, da die Strasse zum Haus schwer zu finden ist. Dort angekommen, bekamen wir viele hilfreiche Tipps fuer Unternehmungen. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer laendlichen Umgebung, deswegen absolute Ruhe. Die Strasse zum Haus ist allerdings sehr eng mit wenig Ausweichmoeglichkeiten fuer Gegenverkehr mit einem grossen Auto. Die Aussenkueche ist mit Spuelmaschine und grossem Kuehlschrank sowie Gasherd und Pizzaofen ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Kommunikation mit Roberto. The pool is a bit small but enough to cool down after hot days - just not big enough for too much floatees. The host Roberto is really nice and we enjoyed making pizza together with him in the outdoor kitchens pizza oven. He also has a lot of good tips for your stay in Rovinj and is always there if you need something. He even bought a Coffee machine that was missing in the first place. All in all it was a really nice vacation and the house is a really good deal for four people. At the end of our two-week holiday in Croatia the kids said that was one of the best memories they had. The outdoor area with the pool and table tennis was where we spent nearly all our time, along with the pool house with its outdoor kitchen. Es war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Der Pool war super schön und für uns völlig ausreichend. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, den wir problemlos kontaktieren konnten. Er hat uns bei Ankunft den Weg zum Objekt gezeigt und uns vor Ort alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist tatsächlich nicht so einfach zu finden, wenn man hier noch nicht war. Trotzdem lässt sich hier mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad (Fahrräder werden vom Vermieter bereitgestellt) alles (Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stadt, etc.) in ein paar Minuten erreichen und erkunden. Sollte man abends in die Stadt wollen, empfiehlt sich ein Taxi, da es zu wenige Parkplätze für so viele Autos gibt. Da kommt man ohne Stress in die wunderschöne Altstadt/ Hafen, kann super lecker essen gehen und flanieren ... und man kommt auch wieder entspannt zurück. Das Highlight war das Pizzabacken mit Roberto (dem Vermieter) im eigenen Pizzaofen im Poolhaus. Mega lecker... mega fun. Fazit... traumhafter erholsamer Urlaub mit viel Privatsphäre am Objekt und viel Tourismus in der Stadt, wenn man es will. "La Casa Verde" welcomes you in a quiet oasis where flowers and greenery blossom. Only 1500 m from the beach and 3000 m from the old town of Rovinj, this beautiful country house style holiday home is located on the eastern outskirts of Rovinj.
On 2 floors, the 100 m² house with its 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower / WC) and a large living-dining room with open kitchen, offers space for up to 6 people.

The fenced garden with pool and the shaded barbecue area offers plenty of space to relax. Here you will also find a 50 m² pool house with outdoor kitchen (among other things with gas grill and pizza oven), sitting area with satellite TV and another bathroom. On cool days, a sauna invites you to relax.

By bike you can reach the old town of Rovinj and the beautiful beaches between Koronsun Bay and the Golden Cape (Zlatni Rt) within a few minutes.

Shopping, cafes and restaurants can also be quickly reached by bike or car. The access road to the house is unpaved, but well passable.

Rental terms

Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

27.05.2023 - Äusserst freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir wurden von unserem Treffpunkt aus persönlich zum Haus begleitet. Unkomplizierte Übergabe mit guten Tipps. Sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Poolumgebung und grosser eingezäunter Garten.

We stayed for a week with our kids and a dog. We had great family time together. We baked pizza and used sauna, played a lot of Table Tennis, there was always something to do. We really enjoyed. And location was top, really near to beach and city center. Great place, friendly hosts!

 

This is a relaxing home just a few kilometers away from center of Rovinj 9/10

22.06.2021 - You have your own swimming pool and a wood fired sauna that Roberto will get working for you. Beautiful large balcony door faces including goes around the pool. This place has lots of privacy and you will hear only the sound of birds because you are far removed from any Road. One other note is that there is only one bathroom in the main house, but you do have access to a second bathroom in a nearby guesthouse (about 10 meters feom the main house ) This worked well for us and we were two separate couples.

20.06.2021 - Schoenes Haus mit tollem Garten und Außenkueche. Wir wurden von Roberto an einem Cafe abgeholt, da die Strasse zum Haus schwer zu finden ist. Dort angekommen, bekamen wir viele hilfreiche Tipps fuer Unternehmungen. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer laendlichen Umgebung, deswegen absolute Ruhe. Die Strasse zum Haus ist allerdings sehr eng mit wenig Ausweichmoeglichkeiten fuer Gegenverkehr mit einem grossen Auto. Die Aussenkueche ist mit Spuelmaschine und grossem Kuehlschrank sowie Gasherd und Pizzaofen ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Kommunikation mit Roberto.

13.06.2021 - Egal ob im Vorfeld oder beim Check In es war alles top organisiert. Wir konnten den Gastgeber jederzeit telefonisch kontaktieren und es wurde sofort geholfen. Ich werde diese Unterkunft sicher weiterempfehlen. Selten solch einen Service erlebt. 5 Sterne reichen eigentlich nicht aus.

22.05.2021 - Great vacation house with a big garden, a pool, a sauna and a well equiped kitchen for special experiences. The place is well locsted and has a cosy country house with two sleeping rooms. My partner, my two dogs and I enjoyed our stay. Rovinj is as well one of the mos beautiful cities in Istria to visit.

15.05.2021 - Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern, gross und geräumig. Sehr schöner Pool und Gartenbereich. Christine ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt zwar etwas abgelegen, dafür sehr ruhig und idyllisch in der Natur. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 10 Minuten in die Stadt Rovinj. Dies bietet vielseitige Erlebnisse, einerseits in Rovinj, anderseits in der privaten Unterkunft, am Pool und mit vielen Aktivitäten.
