Vacation home with pool for 4 persons in Tar-Vabriga
Casa Eden is located in the center of the small Istrian town of Tar-Vabriga, between Porec and Novigrad - a small paradise in the middle of the town.On 2 floors, the house offers space for 4 people on a living area of 80 m². On the first floor there is a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and a guest toilet. The bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub/WC are located in the attic (air conditioning in the hallway).
Outside, a well-kept garden with pool and a covered seating area at the barbecue awaits you.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is a small restaurant, which is open daily until 23:00 in the summer.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.

Good restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping await you.The famous coastal towns of Poreč, with its historic old town and UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Basilica of Euphrasia, and Novigrad, famous for its varied culinary offer, are only a 10-minute drive away.
