Casa Margaritha is located in the small village of Peroj near the artist town of Grožnjan.
It offers plenty of space for up to 8 people on a living area of about 200 m². It consists of 2 separate apartments with a total of 4 bedrooms. The apartment on the first floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms (shower/WC) and a small kitchenette. On the second floor there is an apartment with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), 1 bathroom and another kitchen.
The highlight of the house is the large konoba on the first floor with plenty of space to eat and socialize together. A kitchen and a large fireplace are of course available!
Enjoy quiet hours by the pool in the large garden with a beautiful view of Grožnjan and the Istrian hill country.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 300 EUR

Included services
Final cleaning, bed linen (change every 14 days), towels (change weekly), electricity, water, air conditioning and internet access (WiFi). The visitor's tax of € 1.00 per day and person as well as the local registration fee of € 3.00 per person and stay is to be paid on site. Additional costs: pets 15,00 € per night.
