The charming family villa "Ravina" in Radmani, a small residential village near Poreč, offers you and your loved ones all the comfort you could wish for on a relaxing vacation by the sea. The nearest beach is only about 9 km away, but you will probably find it hard to leave the refreshing 43 m² private pool on hot summer days.Enjoy your first coffee in the morning on the covered terrace - the "open-air dining room", relax on one of the sun loungers or prepare delicious meals with freshly grilled fish on the charcoal barbecue. You can always keep an eye on the children, who are playing in the pool or garden.
The chic interior of the "Ravina" villa is very inviting and has been lovingly designed to create a cozy atmosphere.

Rental terms
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 300 EUR
