We enjoyed it a lot. Clean, cosy and the pool is actually bigger in real than on pictures. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht fuer einen tollen Urlaub mit Freunden und/oder Familie. Wir waren 3 Paare mit jeweils einem Kleinkind und es war von der Groesse wie auch der Aufteilung ideal. Man hatte genug Platz um sich zurueckzuziehen aber auch genuegend Platz fuer alle zusammen. Die wunderschoene Altstadt Bale ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso gibt es auch gute Restaurants ums Eck. Wir empfehlen die Villa sehr gern weiter! Das Dorf Bale ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar (5 Minuten). Es gibt da ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Gelati und ein paar Restaurants. Pool / Strandtücher sowie ein Geschirrtuch müssen mitgebracht werden. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, sogar 4 Fahrräder. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern und Schwiegereltern da. On the outskirts of the beautiful little town of Bale, only 5 minutes´ walk from the old town, the hosts have created a refuge which enchants directly upon entering the property.
With a living space of 180 m², Villa Aurora has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living area with direct access to the outside area. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor, the other two bedrooms are on the second floor.

The lavishly designed outdoor area with outdoor kitchen, saltwater pool and large garden is unique and invites you to relax.

The old town of Bale with its restaurants, bars and stores is within walking distance. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.

Rental terms

Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due within 10 days. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit up to a maximum of € 100.00 will not be refunded. After this date, 80% of the rental price will be due if the rental property cannot be re-rented during the booked period. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the remaining rent.
Security deposit (payable in cash on arrival): 300 EUR

The only minor inconvenience was no pool towels. Highly recommend this villa for a beautiful stay in Bale, and we will definitely return!

Bale

Bale is a real gem, the small old town has kept its charm, it seems as if time has stood still. There are several konobas, pizzerias, a very good ice cream café, bars and even two gourmet restaurants with Gault-Millau awards! You can buy high-quality olive oil in the village directly from the producer.
